If your queries are not answered in the frequently asked questions and the queries are related to the online booking account please visit our Support page and fill all the fields before submitting your query

If your queries are not answered in the frequently asked questions and the queries are related to the information about appointments, price, invoices, appointment slots not visible for the day of your choice, please contact your practice directly


Please follow the procedure given below if you are existent patient at practice and want to register for online booking.
  • Go to the online booking page of your practice
  • Click on Activate Account
  • Click on request activation
  • Enter the details and submit the form
  • You will recieve activation link on your email address
  • Click on that link and set a password for your account

If you have not received activation link in 24 hours,call your practice directly and request for activation link.


Kindly follow the link which is expired. You will see a form on the page, enter your details and submit the form. You will receive a fresh activation link.

If you haven’t received the activation link in 24 hours, please call your practice directly and ask them to send you an activation link. If your email is not registered with the practice already, ask them to register the email first and then send the activation link.

Please check that you have filled all the required fields, you have a unique username, valid email address, and phone number. If you are still unable to sign up, visit our
Support page and fill all the fields before submitting your query.
  • Go to the online booking page of practice and click on login.
  • Click on the Forgot Password button.
  • Enter your username or registered email with the practice and submit
  • A Password Reset Link will be sent on your email address
  • Click on the link and update password for your online booking account

During the process of appointment booking when you pay online, sometimes due to network issue booking process doesn’t complete. In that case, AppointMentor sends an automatic email to the practice to manage the appointment

When you receive the payment confirmation and don’t receive the appointment confirmation, email or call your practice directly providing them the transaction details and ask them if they have managed the appointment or not

Call your practice directly and ask for the activation numbers of your family members

After receiving the activation numbers, follow the instructions given below

  • Login to your online booking account
  • Click on Manage Family Members
  • Under the Existing Family Member heading, insert the activation number of your family member
  • Click on Add Family Member
  • Login to your online booking account
  • Click on Manage Family Members
  • Under the New Family Member heading, click on Register New Family Member
  • Enter the details on given form and submit
  • Login to your online booking account
  • Click on Manage Family Members
  • Uder the Book an Appointment for Existing Family Member heading, select the family member from drop down
  • Click on Book Appointment

To view the family member’s appointments, click on View Family Appointments

  • Login to your online booking account
  • Click on View My Appointments
  • Click on the respective buttons for cancellation and rearranging
